In addition to working with families, Tom also consults with elder care providers to ensure cultural competency requirements are being met, coach sales and executive staff and advise on marketing strategies. |
Tom is a faculty member with the American Society on Aging, (ASA), and a board member of the ASA's LAIN Council. He is a nationally recognized writer and speaker about the current state of aging in America. Tom also hosts a local talk show called "Only Seniors."
He has been a member of Networking and More since 2011 and served on the board since 2013.
